“Completely real. The same Thai Chicken Bowl has 120g of chicken for someone cutting and 250g for someone bulking. It's not a website filter — it's how your food is assembled in the kitchen, with the portions your body needs.”

“Not at all. They are dishes with their marinade, their sauce and their dressing, made to be enjoyed: for example, chicken with dukkah and lemon with bulgur, or miso-ginger salmon with freekeh. What changes from one person to another is the amount of each thing, not the dish.”

“From €8.90 to €14.90 per dish, depending on the kcal of your portion: a dish with more kcal carries more food. VAT and delivery included. If you join the waitlist, 5% off every order, for life, as long as you keep ordering.”
