“Yes. You receive the exact model you book, not a similar car. We offer another car of the same class or better only if your car cannot be supplied before the rental starts because of an accident, a breakdown, or because the car is unsafe to drive. The replacement is on the same terms and at no extra cost.”

“About 5 minutes. We bring the car to you at the airport, at your hotel, or at another address. You do not wait in a queue at a rental desk. You do not take a shuttle to an office.”

“You leave the car at the place agreed in your booking. Our staff do not meet you for an inspection. Please return the car with the same fuel level and with the keys, as explained when you collect it.”

“You do not need a passport or a driving licence to make a booking. When you collect the car, please bring a valid passport or identity document, your physical driving licence, and your voucher. You can show the voucher on your phone.”
