CreeperHost
CreeperHost is a Video game server hosting provider.
What is the Pro range?
“Pro is dedicated hardware for communities and projects that want the top end of CreeperHost. It is for heavier workloads, larger groups, custom requirements, and people who want the most predictable performance we offer.”
在公司资料中查看How is Pro different from Premium?
“Premium is our recommended Hybrid VPS range and is the right fit for most game servers. Pro goes further with dedicated physical hardware, stronger isolation, and more room for demanding projects. If Premium is the main CreeperHost experience, Pro is the no-compromise lane.”
在公司资料中查看Does Pro include Ask Theo?
“Yes, Ask Theo is available on Pro services where the feature is enabled. Theo can check what the server and panel are showing, explain issues, and prepare safe next steps for approval without replacing human support.”
在公司资料中查看Can Theo act on a Pro service automatically?
“No. Service-changing Theo actions still need a clear customer approval flow. Pro gives you more hardware headroom, but the AI safety boundary is the same: checked facts, explicit approvals, and human support when judgement is needed.”
在公司资料中查看Is Pro still managed through CreeperPanel?
“Yes. Pro still benefits from CreeperPanel, our own in-house panel, and the same CreeperHost support knowledge around games, mods, files, diagnostics, backups, and server tools.”
