How long is the warranty?
“We offer 18 months of warranty. If the product develops a fault (except those due to willful damage or customer misuse) within 3 days after receiving the product that you should notify us by email, facsimile, or phone…etc. We will repair such DOA (Dead on arrival) free at cost.”

“1. GA will not accept any product that has been damaged as a result of accident, abuse, misuse, natural or personal disaster, or any unauthorized disassemble, repair or modification. The exhausted parts such as Housings, LCD displays , water resistant membrane and batteries are exclusive of warranty, replacement on such parts should be on customer’s expense.”
