“Use the Report an issue form on our Community page. Tell us what happened and the steps to reproduce it, and attach screenshots or a screen recording (up to 5MB per file, 5 files) if you have them.”

Suggestions appear immediately and anyone can upvote them, so the ideas most people want rise to the top — and that ordering genuinely informs what we build next. Posting is anonymous; you can add your email if you'd like an update, and it is never shown publicly.”

“Open the feature board and press the arrow beside any suggestion. No account is needed. Each browser gets one vote per idea, and pressing it again withdraws your vote.”

“Use the Share your story form on our Community page. You can include a rating and one photo. Nothing is published automatically: we only display a testimonial after you have ticked the permission box and we have reviewed it, and you can withdraw that permission at any time by emailing admin@venturis13.com.”
