Essentials ($50) covers monitoring, updates and patching, security settings, and backup checks, with troubleshooting billed hourly. Managed ($100) adds unlimited remote support during business hours. Your quote lists the covered devices, response expectations, and anything billed separately, such as on-site visits, servers, and network hardware.”
