SurveyRock is an online survey and feedback platform.
Do I need AI credits to use SurveyRock?
“No. The survey builder, logic, distribution, and reporting work without any AI involvement. AI features — drafting, theme detection, summaries — use a monthly credit allowance included in paid plans.”

“No. We do not train AI models on your response data. Full details on how AI features handle your data are at /ai.”

“Yes — responses export to CSV and Excel at any time, on every plan.”

“Yes — write your questions and answer choices in any language, including right-to-left scripts like Arabic and Hebrew; text direction is handled automatically.”
