Chum Wellness: “Confidential counselling and psychotherapy in Dhaka and online for individuals, couples, children, families, and organizations in Bangladesh.”
Which service is right for me?
“If it is mainly about you, start with individual counselling. If it is about your relationship, choose couple counselling; for a child or teenager, a child psychologist; for tension at home, family counselling.”

“In Bangladesh, “therapist” is a general word for anyone who provides therapy. A clinical or counselling psychologist has a university degree in psychology and supervised clinical training, and is qualified to assess and treat mental health problems. At Chum Wellness every session is with a licensed psychologist.”

“No. You can book directly without a doctor’s referral and without a diagnosis. Many people come simply because something feels hard and they want to talk to a professional.”
